Ship-times can vary from season to season, and from model to model. Give us a call at 844-618-0017 or email sales@salussaunas.com to determine when your sauna is estimated to ship so you can begin planning for its delivery!

Our saunas ship either via LTL (less-than-truckload) carriers or dedicated flatbed rigs. In both cases, you will receive a notification when your sauna ships, as well as a call from the carrier to make arrangements for its delivery.

Please note that we will do our best to accommodate the delivery of your sauna around your busy schedule. However, we thank you in advance for being flexible with our driver’s rigid and pre-scheduled delivery timelines.

*Please Note: Island Deliveries are subject to additional fees. The Customer will be charged 100% of the additional delivery costs

Electrical Requirements
  • All heaters should be installed by a licensed electrician
  • All heaters require a 220/240 volt hardwired connection
  • Infrared side needs 2 dedicated 20amp outlets.  They should be GDCI outlets since they will probably be outside.  They do NOT need to be hard wired, they plug into regular outlets.
  • Traditional side needs to be hardwired, 240volt, 30 OR 40 amp breaker.
  • Renew and Revive require 30 amp for the 6kw heater
  • Aspire requires 40 amp for the 8kw heater.
  • The wood burning stoves require no electrical hookup.
  • These come with a full chimney and chimney kit for installation.
