• Please do not put anything combustible above or next to your heater. You should have nothing installed on the back wall where your heater is mounted, directly above your heater, or close to the side of your heater.
• If you reside at a location with an elevation higher than 2500 feet, please inform us to calibrate your heater properly before shipping

Heater and stones are essential to a traditional sauna experience. With the room at least heated to 160ºF, the traditional sauna can be enjoyed two ways. The first is called a dry sauna, which lacks any added moisture. The second is called a wet sauna, where you sprinkle water onto the heated stones to create a refreshing burst of steam and added humidity. Traditional indoor saunas use your existing floor, and the Impress is no exception.

• Free shipping is included for the 48 contiguous United States. 

• Delivery included with your order is via curbside delivery. That means the driver will unload the sauna at the curb or entrance of your driveway.

• Our saunas ship either via LTL (less-than-truckload) carriers or dedicated flatbed rigs.

• For a custom shipping quote to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico please email sales@salussaunas.com.

• You will receive a notification when your sauna ships, as well as a call from the carrier to make arrangements for its delivery. However, please be flexible with our drivers’ pre-scheduled delivery timelines.

• Shipping dates provided on our website are estimates. There may be unforeseen delays that occur, but we do our very best to get your sauna delivered as soon as possible.

Sauna Limited Lifetime Warranty
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects, including issues with lighting, accessories, and wood. It also extends to shipping mishaps, provided they are reported at the time of delivery.

Heater Limited Warranty

• Harvia Electric Heater: 1-year warranty on the heating elements, and a 5-year warranty on the other components.
• HUUM Electric Heater: 5-year warranty on the heater components excluding the heating elements.

What Voids The Warranty

• Product Modifications: Any damages as a result of modifications made to the sauna or its components.
• Incorrect Installation: Failure to install the product according to the recommended instructions in the manual.
• User Damage: Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or negligence.
