Free shipping is included for the 48 contiguous United States.
Delivery included with your order is via curbside delivery. That means the driver will unload the sauna at the curb or entrance of your driveway.
Our saunas ship either via LTL (less-than-truckload) carriers or dedicated flatbed rigs.
For a custom shipping quote to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico please email sales@salussaunas.com.
You will receive a notification when your sauna ships, as well as a call from the carrier to make arrangements for its delivery. However, please be flexible with our drivers’ pre-scheduled delivery timelines.
Shipping dates provided on our website are estimates. There may be unforeseen delays that occur, but we do our very best to get your sauna delivered as soon as possible.

Note: Island deliveries are subject to additional fees. The customer will incur 100% of the additional delivery costs.

Assembly

Persons required: 2 persons, at least 1 with a background in building or construction.

Experience level: Builder or contractor preferred. If not, general building experience is required.

Time required: 2-3 working days.

Tools required: Soft rubber mallet, circular saw, impact drill, caulking-gun, regular hammer, adjustable crescent wrench, utility knife, ladder, measuring tape, level.

Electrical Requirements

All heaters should be installed by a licensed electrician
All heaters require a 220/240 volt hardwired connection
4.5kw and 6kw heaters require a 30 amp connection
8kw heaters require a 40 amp connection
9kw heaters require a 50 amp connection
The wood burning stoves require no electrical hookup. These come with a full chimney and chimney kit for installation.

Important Notes

Please do not put anything combustible above or next to your heater. You should have nothing installed on the back wall where your heater is mounted, directly above your heater, or close to the side of your heater.
If you reside at a location with an elevation higher than 2500 feet, please inform us to calibrate your heater properly before shipping
